Visit to Olduvai Gorge

Olduvai Gorge is a famous archaeological site located in northern Tanzania, within the Great Rift Valley. It is often called the “Cradle of Mankind” because many important fossils of early human ancestors have been discovered there. The site is about 48 kilometers long and has been studied by scientists for over 100 years. Fossils found in Olduvai Gorge, including tools and bones, have helped researchers understand human evolution, especially the development of early humans like Homo habilis and Homo erectus. The area also contains evidence of ancient animals and environments that existed millions of years ago.
