The journey begins in Dar es Salaam with a scenic flight or road transfer to the park. Expect intimate wildlife encounters, breathtaking landscapes, and serene evenings along the Rufiji River.
After arriving in Dar es Salaam, you’ll transfer to the domestic terminal for a flight (or depart by car) to Nyerere National Park. Upon arrival, a safari guide will escort you to your lodge for check-in and a brief rest. Later in the afternoon, venture into the park for your first game drive, capturing sights of diverse wildlife and the park’s untamed beauty.
Spend the entire day immersed in nature, exploring the park in a 4×4 safari vehicle.
