Amazing experience with a group of friend and.family.All schedule as planned.Nice lodges,good prices,2.drivers of heart of serengeti were.assigned to us.First day in Tarangire with Abdul then from 2nd day to the last day Kenedy took over.Both drivers have knowledge of wildlife zoologyAnd speaks more than one language so you won't miss a thing to understand.In our safari they changed from English to French to swahili because our group had local family with friends from Europe.I told Kenedy I came to this safar because I Want to see this and.that and we ticked.all.I told him I won't leave without hot air Balloon Safari and he delivered.It was amazing experience and.my kids will have lots of memories and stories to tell after summer break

I had an amazing experience with Kennedy, my guide from Heart of Serengeti. He knows everything about nature and explained everything extremely well. He delivered an amazing service, taking me to the most beautiful and iconic parks in Tanzania, where I was amazed with the animals I had the opportunity to see. Definitely the best option to go on safari to Tanzania!!!! Kennedy is the best guide of Tanzania, patient and with a lot of knowledge of the fauna and vegetation of the country, he knows perfectly the parks and everyone, thanks to that the other guides call him when there are some interesting animals, lions eating, etc... in just 5 days we have seen a small hunt, two packs of lions eating, leopard, cheetahs, elephants, giraffes , rhinos and the rest of Tanzania animals!!! On this trip we were two families with children with two cars, in the other car the guide was called Said, charming and also with a lot of knowledge of wild animals. Unforgettable experience!!!! Recommended 100%

This is the first time we did a safari and we were not sure what to expect. Therefore, this trip left a deep impression on us, it was great! We were very lucky to have Kennedy as Guide. He is very experienced, if there are animals to be seen somewhere he knows where to find them. Also because he has a huge network of friendly guides. Kennedy tries very hard to put his car in the best possible position to see the animals well. He has a great knowledge of the animals and their environment, he is very social and he really does his best for you. I had a stomach problem for a few days and wanted to cut the trip short. Kennedy suggested we see a local doctor first and await his verdict. The doctor examined me and prescribed me pills, after which I was able to finish the safari. I am very grateful to Kennedy for this! He is also a very reliable driver and able to remedy this in the event of a breakdown with the car (also with other guides).
