Experience an exciting 5-day fly-in safari through some of Tanzania’s most remarkable wildlife destinations. This carefully designed journey combines the convenience of domestic flights with unforgettable game-viewing experiences in the Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Tarangire National Park.
Your adventure begins with a scenic flight into the legendary Serengeti, where vast golden plains, dramatic landscapes, and abundant wildlife create an extraordinary safari experience. From there, you will continue to explore the unique ecosystems of Ngorongoro and Tarangire, discovering the diverse wildlife and natural beauty that make Tanzania one of Africa’s most celebrated safari destinations.
Upon landing at Seronera Airstrip, you will be warmly welcomed by your experienced safari driver-guide, who will be waiting for you at the airstrip. After a brief introduction, you will enjoy a picnic lunch before setting out to explore the remarkable Serengeti ecosystem.
The afternoon game drive will take you across the vast plains of central Serengeti, offering excellent opportunities to search for the park’s famous big cats, including lions, leopards, and cheetahs, as well as a variety of herbivores. Depending on the location and season, you may encounter zebras, Grant’s and Thomson’s gazelles, topis, Coke’s hartebeests, common elands, and many other species.
As you explore the open savannah and acacia-dotted woodlands, keep an eye out for the incredible diversity of wildlife, including birds, reptiles, and mammals. If traveling during the migration season, you may also witness enormous herds of wildebeest and zebras moving across the plains, with the possibility of seeing them navigating the Mara River.
As the day comes to an end, you will leave the wilderness and return to your selected camp or lodge. Enjoy dinner and relax as you prepare for another exciting day in the Serengeti.

Today will be dedicated to exploring the wider Serengeti ecosystem, with the route determined by the latest wildlife movements and seasonal conditions. After an early breakfast, you will set off for a morning game drive, venturing into the northern, southern, eastern, or western areas of the park in search of the best wildlife encounters.
After several hours of exploration, you will stop for lunch and then continue with the game drive throughout the afternoon. The day offers excellent opportunities to discover different landscapes and observe a variety of wildlife in their natural surroundings.
As the sun begins to set, you will make your way back to the lodge for dinner and a relaxing overnight stay.

Your day begins early at around 6:00 AM with a warm cup of coffee before setting out from the campsite for an exciting morning game drive in the central Serengeti. The early hours offer a wonderful opportunity to experience the park as it comes alive, with the golden sunrise providing a beautiful backdrop for wildlife viewing. As temperatures can be cool in the morning, it is recommended to bring warm clothing.
Continue exploring the Serengeti until around midday, searching for wildlife across the surrounding plains and woodlands. You will then return to camp for a well-deserved brunch, combining breakfast and lunch in one meal.
Afterward, you will depart Serengeti and travel toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. The journey will include an en-route game drive, allowing you to continue enjoying wildlife and scenery along the way. In the evening, you will arrive at Farm of Dream for dinner and an overnight stay.

Non-wildlife viewing time: approximately 3 to 4 hours
After an early breakfast, you will descend more than 600 meters into the magnificent Ngorongoro Crater for an unforgettable game-viewing experience. Thanks to its permanent water sources and fertile grazing areas, the crater provides a suitable habitat for a remarkable variety of wildlife throughout the year.
During the game drive, you may encounter large herds of wildebeests and zebras, along with buffaloes, elands, warthogs, hippos, and impressive African elephants. The crater is also renowned for its concentration of predators, offering opportunities to see lions, hyenas, jackals, and cheetahs. Leopards are more elusive and may require a trained eye and some luck to locate.
You will also visit Lake Magadi, a shallow alkaline lake situated in the southwestern section of the crater. The lake attracts numerous flamingos, hippos, and a variety of other water birds, creating a beautiful and lively scene within the crater.
Later in the afternoon, you will ascend from the crater and continue your journey to Mto wa Mbu, where you will arrive for dinner, relaxation, and an overnight stay.

After breakfast, you will travel to Tarangire National Park, a spectacular wildlife area celebrated for its varied scenery, magnificent baobab trees, and large elephant population. The park offers an excellent setting for observing elephants, including the fascinating interactions between different family groups.
Once inside the park, you will enjoy a game drive across its diverse habitats, with the route adapted according to recent wildlife sightings. Special attention will be given to searching for predators such as lions, cheetahs, and leopards, which can be more challenging to find. You will also have plenty of opportunities to see herbivores, including giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, and other wildlife throughout the park.
After the game drive, you will exit Tarangire and continue to Arusha Airport in time for your scheduled flight to Zanzibar, marking the beginning of the next part of your Tanzanian adventure.
